It is often the case that clients require additional technical support during key phases of projects where there is a short term peak loading on existing teams for example, during start-up of a new facility. On such occasion, Absolute Technical Solutions can provide skilled technical support to supplement the clients’ disciplines of operations, engineering and validation. The technical support services from Absolute Technical Solutions include a wide variety of typical project activities which are tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients. Areas of support include:-

Preparation of User Requirement Specification (URS) – Ensuring that all operational, engineering and regulatory requirements are accurately and concisely defined.

Vendor Selection Support – Supporting the procurement process by conducting technical appraisal of vendor responses and conducting vendor audits to assess suitability.

Review of Vendor Design Documentation – Ensuring that the user requirements specifications and cGMP guidelines have been captures by vendors and that sufficient definition is in place to support commissioning and validation.

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) – Preparation of or technical appraisal of FAT methodology and execution of same. Detailed execution identifies at an early stage deficiencies in build, functionality and certification which can be resolved more rapidly at the vendor’s site.

Expediting – Execution of visits to equipment suppliers to appraise progress versus programme for long lead time, high risk equipment.

Trouble Shooting – Investigating into equipment operational problems to identify route cause and corrective actions.

Change Control – Assessment of proposed changes to qualified systems, generation and execution of associated test scripts.

Standard Operating Procedures- Support of client teams in preparation of project documentation such as SOP’s and maintenance procedure generation.

Project Management – Provision of skills to outline project deliverables, milestones, schedules and appropriate metrics to control project throughout execution
